This topic intersts me because...I feel bad for the dogs & also they are suffering through all the pain and people just think its nothing !!
I want people to learn...That its a really big issue and its not just nothing
This issue needs to be adressed because...Noone is listening they need to wake up and save the animals that are in need of help being beat and suffering everyday
